The elastics all have different resistance. This means that you can vary your training according to which resistance suits you best and the body part you train. You can also continuously increase the resistance to challenge yourself and become even stronger.

The resistance starts from 2.2 kg (x-light) and goes up to about 18 kg (x-heavy). This is clearly visible on the elastics, so you have no doubts during training.
